DEC press release regarding the recent settlement with Honeywell to cap the existing Wastebeds 9-15

The DEC issued a statement 11-17 detailing the settlement.

Waste beds 9-15 cover approximately 670 acres, that primarily hold he waste produced by the Solvay operations of Allied-Signal (currently Honeywell International Inc.). Plans and public comment should begin in Spring 2011.
